“Home away from home”
It really was home away from home. I stayed a whole week to experience my daughter graduating from the Air Force boot camp. Christy Rodriguez and staff took care of all the extra touches especially since it was over the holiday. It was a perfect location in that we could even walk to get groceries … more

“Wonderful Place for BMT Graduations/Other attractions.”
Clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Nice area-feels safe. Great buffet breakfast. Nice personnel. Close to things to do-River Walk, Alamo, SeaWorld, etc. Quiet. Near restaurants and stores, Close to Lackland AFB. 1BR with kitchen suite is homey and comfortable. NEED i-room safes, however.

“Meh”
Consistent Homewood Suites, although it is in dire need of renovation, which, coincidentally, is ongoing right now (January 2024). The service was abysmal at best, and I cannot recommend this hotel. The location, near Lackland AFB (Joint Base San Antonio) is its biggest benefit.
