“Good drinks, great service”

Rafael is a great bartender at the tiki bar at the holiday inn Lake Buena vista. He is very nice, professional and attentive. He is also bilingual. My friend and I have a great time hanging at the bar and watching the game. We will be definitely be back.

After some concerns before travelling I was so impressed with this hotel. The nicest staff, all so friendly. Our room had the comfiest beds EVER and we had very little noise from other rooms and hallways which i have found in hotels. Dan the pool man was amazing, my daughter is very shy and she joined in with his games. He is a huge asset to the hotel. We only used the shuttle once but ubers are so easy and we walked to lots of things from there too which is great. If i have one negative it would be applebees, i had hoped to use the free childrens food offer but the food wasnt the best. So many places close by we chose to only eat there once. We would come back for sure!

Very comfortable beds with adjoining rooms if you're with family or friends and have 2 rooms, staff were friendly and helpful and the shuttle services to the parks are very well managed. Very comfortable beds with adjoining rooms if you're with family or friends and have 2 rooms, staff were friendly and helpful and the shuttle services to the parks are very well managed. When not using shuttle bus Lyfts were reasonably priced. Heated pool which featured games by Dan "the magic man" and cinema room which was air conned was a very good way to pass the time whilst waiting for Lyfts or busses. The attached Applebees was also reasonably priced with pretty good food the onion rings are definitely a must

Very friendly staff. My daughter got sick in the middle of the night and we called to ask for extra sheets. Very friendly staff. My daughter got sick in the middle of the night and we called to ask for extra sheets. Instead of just dropping them off, housekeeping came inside and helped me make the bed and take the dirty sheets. I was so thankful. The pool was clean, the water super warm. I loved the games and activities they did for the kids at the pool. The movie theater was cool. Chairs not so comfy but no biggie. I would say the only thing that was a negative would be the arcade. Don't expect to be able to play them. Over half of the games just ate the coins, or the coins got stuck. The only thing the front desk could do is give us extra coins. While I appreciate them replacing the lost coins it doesn't do you much good when you can't use the coins in the machines so now you've got coins but no money back. The room was very clean, we had the suite with the bunk beds and that was super comfy and fit our 4 kids. We would definetly stay here again!
