Clean room with a nice kitchen area. Pool patio was clean and nice area to enjoy and relax after work.We stayed at the Orlando location for work. I would like to thank Selena H and Asaut for helping me with some questions about additional time needed in Orlando. Breakfast was great even though I only had time for coffee and yogurt on the run! “Wonderful”

Like always, resident Inn is very very professional front desk. Asaut was very helpful and professional. I look forward to coming back to resident Inn. Parking was amazing breakfast was amazing thank you again so much I will be back. Also the room was very clean and comfort.

The hotel was lovely! I had a wonderful time, great atmosphere and perfect room. I also want say a special thank you to both Asaut, Selena for being such great front desk persons. They are very friendly, kind and especially polite. Andrew the front desk Manager was also super friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for a conference at the Orlando Convention Center. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the convention center. Theres a shopping center and movie theater within walking distance as well. If you have a conference at the convention center then this is a good option. As for the hotel, I was torn about giving it a 3 or 4 review. I'll cover the bad and then the good. When I arrived to the hotel, I asked for a quiet room on the 4th or 5th floor. The hotel staff told me they were booked but could come they next day for a different room. When I walked into my 2nd floor room the water in the shower was constantly dripping and I couldn't shut it off. Also the toilette kept running. The bathroom is next to the bed. So I begrudgingly took my stuff back down to the front desk. They didn't seem surprised about the running water and without hesitation, gave me a 4th floor room. (Why do hotels play these games, I expect more from a Marriott property). My new room was ok, still hard to shut off the shower water and the toilette was running in that room as well, 427. On to the positive side of this review; The room was very spacious with a kitchen which includes a new sponge, dish soap and a full set of clean appliances. It would be a good place to stay for a family, though if you're going to Disney, just stay at a Disney property for early park entrance. Here is the best part of this hotel - and I hope management reads this - breakfast is Continental but from my experience it's usually average at best. But at this hotel, it was staffed by a ukranian lady and a Russian lady. It felt as though we were eating in their home kitchen. Customer service was excellent. They prepared smoothies for all the guests, constantly cleaned and checked on their customers. These ladies and their work style should be modeled in your other hotels with Continental breakfasts. One other compliment, the front desk did give me a late checkout which was greatly appreciated.
