“Great service”
Hiram at the Front Desk was so helpful. We asked to change rooms (first one had noisy neighbors) and he accommodated our request graciously and professionally. This Holiday Inn Express was very nice. It’s located just beyond all the Moab store/restaurant area, so it’s quiet! “Expensive and unclean”
We were disappointed in this room especially for the price paid. It was not clean, the shade on the window was broken, the shower curtain had a bad odor, the toilet was unclean.
