“Great location”
The biggest advantage is the location, It has access to SO MANY tourist attractions like the Hogle Park Zoo, Red Butte Garden & Arboretum, This is the Place Heritage Park, and the Natural History Museum of Utah. “Nice hotel but a little dated”
The hotel is nice. Rooms were well sized! There were no usb charging ports in the room. Shower was good. Breakfast was adequate. They had a nice coffee and tea area. People behind the front desk were very nice and helpful

“Unfriendly staff”
The front desk guys were really rude upon arrival. One younger guy and an older man, they both were not friendly or helpful. They were sarcastic and condescending. Where is the hospitality that is usually there at Hampton Inns? Besides that, the area is great
