“Overall good stay”
Most of the staff was very friendly. The only issue i had was with Heather. She really shouldn't be in customer service if she doesn't like helping people. She acted like it was an inconvenience when I asked for a room on the upper level. Maybe a position not working with customers would be better… more

I’ve stayed a quite a few hotels in the last year and by far this was one of the best stays! From check-in in to check out everyone was fabulous. “A gem of a hotel”
This hotel was surprisingly impressive! The room was very clean, and we LOVED the jetted tub and design of the room. Open and spacious. Everyone on staff that we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast each morning was a delightful bonus.
