Booked this hotel due to proximity to Va Beach amphitheater for concert. Arrived at 2pm. Quick and easy check in and front desk greeted us with a smile. Encountered other staff on way to room and everyone greeted with a smile and hello. Upon immediately entering the room, we were blasted with the coldest AC and I was in love! (Lowest setting for ac was 64F). Weather in SE Va can be hot and humid (even in October) so a quick working AC is highly sought after. Beds were comfy, kitchenette looked to be well stocked. Full size fridge/freezer. A privacy curtain could be closed to separate the couch area from bed area. Lots of room so that our family (2 adults, one teen) could spread out and not feel cramped. Shower felt great including water pressure. We didn’t really spend a lot of time here due to nature of trip, but we will definitely book again for future concerts in that area!

Hotel is nice and rooms are spacious. The hotel is about 2 miles from the Amphitheater. The staff were very pleasant. Hotel is nice and rooms are spacious. The hotel is about 2 miles from the Amphitheater. The staff were very pleasant. Cons: We paid and requested joining rooms, but they were still cleaning them when we arrived at 4:00 pm. We could no longer wait for the rooms to be cleaned because we were going to a concert. We ended up going to the concert late and missing the opening act, because of the delay. One of our rooms was assigned to another guest and they attempted to access the room with their mobile key. It was a good thing we had the deadbolt lock on. The breakfast set up needs to be changed to stations instead of a lunch line style. Overall, it was a good stay and the all the staff were very pleasant.

I was there for five nights. The room was very nice and had adequate kitchen supplies. I had five breakfasts there, and none of them was a good experience. They had three types of dry cereal, all of which were pre-sweetened. There is no half and half for coffee, just artificial liquid creamer and 2% milk. The bagels are the cheap kind, very bready. During busy times, the staff seems to have a hard time keeping food items and implements stocked. One morning the ceramic coffee cups were so cold that they instantly chilled the coffee to a nearly non-drinkable temperature. The hot breakfast items are prepared with different levels of care. Some aren't bad, some are terrible. They depend upon you bussing your own table, so you can imagine the mess as the morning progresses. It is true their breakfast is included at no extra charge, but I don't think anyone would pay for it if they tried to charge you.
