“Much better than expected! A pleasant surprise”
Our stay was really good! I was worried about all the bad reviews but this place ended up being a very nice surprise. “Needs improvement.”
Rooms are great, staff is great, the three TVs on different television stations and the lobby music all playing at the same time needs to be turned off. It’s distracting when you’re trying to have breakfast. Also the breakfast items need to be improved. Very little healthy items.

“Dirty room”
I typically really like Hyatt Place hotels but this one not so much. My room was really dirty. Thankfully I always bring my own cleaning wipes.
