Great: Beds were comfortable and I liked the layout, gym is up-to-date and clean, very fast check-in cool fire pit and 1/2 court basketball area. Tyler at the front desk. (More on that below.) Meh: No instructions on how to use the remote for TV in the gym. It wasn't intuitive & I couldn't get it to work, The kitchens had no paper towels or dishtowels. I laugh at the positive parking reviews. What hotel were they staying? Parking is limited. We got back to the hotel at 1am, and there was 1 spot left all the way around the back. It's an awkward parking lot. We were in town for a college prom/ball. We were running late so I called the hotel and explained we needed a fast check-in. Mohammed at the desk did a great job. The moment we arrived he handed us the keys and said, "All set!" Great! I spent the entire evening at the hotel while my daughter was at the prom. Long story short, I ended up at the front desk with questions- How long is the fire pit on? (thinking my daughter and date may like to sit out there) Do you have phone charger? (I only had one for the car.) Do you have paper towels? (My take out soup had spilled in the bag and onto the table.) Mohammed said he didn't work there and was just helping out, but breakfast was until 10am, and that he didn't know anything about the firepit and he looked around for a phone charger and paper towels, but couldn't find either. I pressed about the paper towels and he found some. This felt a little flat to me, but no point being disappointed. Imagine my surprise to find out the next morning that breakfast had ended at 9:30am!!! My daughter came back to the room at 9:45am and announced there was no breakfast available, but she had grabbed a yogurt. Huh? We had a 3 hour drive and had to be at an appointment at 1:30pm. We had no time built in to eat as we thought we were eating at the hotel. So I march up to the front desk simply confused. Why is there no food and I explained our situation. I really like how Tyler handled it. Without hesitation, he said, "I would be happy to get you doordash, but you don't have time for that. Let's see what we can get in the kitchen and you can have anything you'd like from the pantry." I didn't want anything from the pantry, but I truly loved that he was immediately trying to solve the problem and solve it well. We ended up with 2 yogurts, 2 apples, and take away juice and he tossed in a kind bar and nut mix from the pantry. (Which I honestly appreciated.)

“Nice Stay in a Nice Location”

Very nice hotel and Homewood Suites never disappoints. I only wish they would stop putting cheese in their eggs. The only issue (besides the eggs) was the bed was very squeaky (room 412).

This is the place that I stay when I visit for work. It’s convenient, does not charge for parking, don’t have to walk a mile from the parking lot, clean, and quiet. This is the place that I stay when I visit for work. It’s convenient, does not charge for parking, don’t have to walk a mile from the parking lot, clean, and quiet. I used to stay elsewhere because of a company discount but I am disabled and I just cannot tolerate the inconvenience of the parking and distance anymore. I like the kitchen amenities in the room as well. The printer never works so don’t plan on printinga Boarding pass. You also need to check the mounted amenities in the shower when you arrive - sometimes they are empty and your shower can end up soapless. I stay here often, will stay again, and would recommend.

We were there for three nights for a wedding. My wife requires an ADA room so we called six months ahead. They reserved and blocked out a first floor ADA room. Very accommodating. The rooms were clean which is a very good sign in today’s day and age. Breakfast was pretty much fresh / warm. The front desk was knowledgeable for the most part (night staff????). We complained about the sink, the information was not transferred to the maintenance staff in the morning. The only drawback was the age of the facilities. It was dated. The place needs a fresh look.
