“Valet”
Valet service was terrific Trevon did a great job taking care of my car. I would definitely visit again. Hotel service was wonderful as well.

“Great hotel with great valet”
Cliff the valet guy was one of the best parts about this stay! Always had a smile on his face and was so friendly when I went to pick up my car each morning. The hotel rooms are nice as well.

“An Average Stay in a Average Courtyard...no value for Platinum member”
I was staying in Richmond for two nights for business. It feels like a new hotel and a friendly staff. A few good restaurants within a short walk of the hotel Fitness room is just okay Nothing special about the hotel or stay...a few negatives -No real value if a Platinum member...one free food … more
