“Storm blackout”
Stayed during a severe storm, loss of electricity, lasted all night till 8AM. Staff was super. In spite of the circumstances, it was a pleasant stay. Remains my “go to” hotel when in West end of Richmond area.

“Very warm stay”
It was easy to get to and the staff was very accommodating. They helped us with dinner places and what to do in Richmond. Very warm stay, will be back.

“July 25th 2026 Excellent Stay!!”
Great front desk check in. Thanks for getting us in a little earlier. Excellent location. Comfortable clean room. Breakfast was good. The lady working in that area was extremely nice! The lady working the front desk on July 26th 2026 when we were leaving was also very nice!! We will stay here agai… more

“Clean, accommodating”
Very clean , front desk was super nice … Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable , pool was nice.. would stay here again… I only gave five stars because the internet wasn’t working .
