“Staff made the stay”
I wish there was a 4.5 option because overall it was a pretty good stay. Front desk was friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. The rooms felt a little dated and dingy. “Acceptable But Not Ideal”
Came down here with my husband for two nights as a halfway stop to Naples from Newark. Upon arrival, the valet were very friendly and prompt, but the music was distractingly loud. “operations need improvement”
Most elevators out of service, and valet service that is understaffed/overwhelmed. For the money paid, the quality isn't there.

“1 working elevator for a huge hotel”
If you are going to this hotel call and make sure they have more than one working elevator for this huge hotel. I would not expect a straight answer. If you have to stay here, ask before you check in and get a 16th floor room.
