“Front desk staff are awesome”
Ellie at the front desk rules! She was always so helpful and friendly. I was there for 4 weeks for work and she was consistently quick to resolve issues and made it feel like home!

The location was great. We had a suite and it was perfect for us. Nice to have living area. “Residence inn Richmond downtown”
The hotel was acceptably acceptable. The staff were great. Particularly Ellie at the front desk. I’m a frequent traveller and she really made my stay all the way more enjoyable.
