“Lovely stay, would have been happy staying longer.”
Spent a couple of days at the Westin during a class reunion at St. Christopher’s School. Very nice decor, clean, quiet rooms, good food in their restaurant and excellent staff.

“Great Lounge Experience”
Tabaith in the club lounge was excellent ....great customer service as a Titanium Member of Marriott this is exactly what I like to see and keeps me coming back to Westin properties ( All Club Lounge attendents were great and friendly during my stay)

“Great staff”
We have a 230 person dinner Gerald Robinson and was great . He was apart of the staff and made sure we had everything that was needed

“Clean, comfortable, well appointed rooms”
We stayed in a lovely suite on the 7th floor where we had access to the concierge lounge, which we visited in the evening and again for breakfast in the morning. Hotel staff was very friendly. “Nice Play to Stay”
I visit the Richmond area often and usually stay at the Marriott downtown or the one in Shortpump, but this time opted for this Westin. This is a very nice property, in decent shape, clean, well-maintained, and fairly decent service. My room was comfy and nicely maintained, everything worked fine… more
