“Richmond Airport Must Stay Hotel”
I cannot say enough about my experience at this hotel. The check in process was long due to a Comcast outage impacting successful processing of credit cards. This wasn't the fault of the hotel. “A good choice for visiting Richmond”
The hotel is located in Montrose area, east of Richmond, west of Richmond Airport. There are many restaurants and shopping centers within a few minute drive. Plenty of free parking outside the hotel. “Nice beds”
Check in lady was polite, soft spoken. Noticed there was construction around the place, didn’t notice this mentioned on the app. Elevators spelt like weed, overpowering made my eyes water. Perhaps some air fresheners would be appropriate. Rooms were comfy and beds lovely. Nice decor and good WiFi.

“Front desk guy”
The hotel itself was great but the customer service from the guy at the front desk (Anthony) was AWFUL and very UNHELPFUL.
