“Great location, stunning view, good service and excellent staff”
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel—it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect, right by the ocean, and the staff are incredibly friendly—this was so important to me. “Candace and Kymia save my butt when I booked the wrong day!!!!”
The stay was amazing but even more on point was the customer service! Imagine you are in charge of booking the night for your wife of 20 years BUT you booked the wrong date! You show up to check in and they infirm you if the mistake…(yikes)! THEN Candace and Kymia move at the speed of sound to help… more

“Excellent Customer Service”
Great stay at the Hilton Oceanfront Virginia Beach! There was an issue with my original room, but Candace provided outstanding customer service and quickly upgraded me. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience
