Beautiful, clean hotel. Great location. Clean, comfortable rooms. Every time I come here, the staff have smiles on their faces. My go to hotel in Seattle.

What we loved about our stay: - The free airport shuttle was incredibly quick, convenient, and on time - The staff were super friendly and helpful - The room was a good size, clean, and had seating in addition to the beds - The beds and linen were very comfortable - It was quiet in the room, despite the hotel being close to the airport and being entirely sold out. We did not hear any other people from our room. - The pool was warm and well kept. It also had a lift, making it accessible for all people to enjoy. It was also open until 10pm. - The outdoor garden patio was a lovely, shaded, quiet little oasis that feels like some place tropical rather than being right off of a busy road. - There was a restaurant on site, as well as a well-stocked small convenience store - The lobby was inviting, spacious, comfortable, with free coffee. Many people spent time lounging here with their families, with kids playing games. - It was within easy walking distance of several fast food restaurants - It was within a 10 minute drive of a large shopping mall What could have been improved: - One of the two elevators was out of service our entire stay. It made for long waits and crowded rides given that the whole hotel was booked full for a conference. - The only stairs that you can take up to your room (instead of waiting for the elevator) are located outside the building. But in order to take the stairs you first have to go into the lobby and ask a staff member to "buzz" unlock the stairwell door that is outside. If you walk too slow back to the stairwell door, the door locks again. It would be funny if it weren't annoying.

This turned out to be a great place for a layover rest. It was clean, convenient and friendly service. The room was big. Bathroom was clean. This turned out to be a great place for a layover rest. It was clean, convenient and friendly service. The room was big. Bathroom was clean. Very close to the airport but all night I only heard one plane. Did not hear any other guests. I didn’t have the breakfast or use the amenities outside of my room so I can’t speak to those but overall the experience was great and super easy. Definitely recommend if you need an airport hotel. Kristine was so nice too. The shuttle was a bit annoying because we had to call for it and wait 15 mins. But using it from the hotel to the airport is great and free. I highly recommend this hotel. Oh and it’s pet friendly!

The hotel is clean, and we had very positive experience with the shuttle service. The rooms are noisy. You can hear the noise from the street, the planes and the hallway. The beds were not comfortable and our bathroom door did not close all the way. Prices for food are very expensive. For example… more

The hotel is clean, and we had very positive experience with the shuttle service. The rooms are noisy. You can hear the noise from the street, the planes and the hallway. The beds were not comfortable and our bathroom door did not close all the way. Prices for food are very expensive. For example, a diet coke from the sundry shop is $6.00. If you decide to stay here, bring your earplugs and buys snacks at the airport where they are less expensive.
