“Great Expereience”
Scott was amazing help last night when we arrived. Picked us up with accessible van, changed our room to easier to access location due to all the equipment we had to transport and made sure we had extra blankets/ Pillows for the night. Excellent!

“Great check-in, nice hotel”
Great check-in experience with Jamerah. She was very patient, helpful, professional. The hotel is accommodating our request for an early morning shuttle. Hotel is nice, updated, quiet, and in a good location.

“Snowed in and tried!”
I was stranded at the airport in Seattle for almost two days. A friend booked me a room at around 3:00pm 3/14/26 so I could shower and at least sleep a few hours in an actual bed.
