“Great Expereience”
Scott was amazing help last night when we arrived. Picked us up with accessible van, changed our room to easier to access location due to all the equipment we had to transport and made sure we had extra blankets/ Pillows for the night. Excellent!

“Excellent customer service from porters”
Excellent helpful service with my luggage from Raybun (spelling?) and Isaac. Isaac was particularly helpful dropping me at the airport, securing a luggage cart and giving me directions for the terminal. Saw bottled water behind the registration desk but was not offered any. “Didn't care for this airport.”
It is hard to get around this airport. We had someone take our luggage and us to where we needed to be. Also, we had to check our luggage in ourselves.
