The facility was very clean, my room was very clean. They had the AC on when I arrived in my room so it was very comfortable. This is an older property however they have installed newer carpet that is very clean. I was on the third floor, walking down the hallway. The floors were very spongy indicative of a very old property. However, the value, (price), and cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again.

“Just okay”

The first room they put us in had a foul odor. They moved us to another room which was better. It was a typical airport hotel. Had to ask for towels. Clean enough but definitely nothing I would want to stay at for more than a night to go to the airport. The breakfast was ok.

“Adequate rooms, shuttle driver not reliable, breakfast food very basic.”

We stayed here between long connecting flights on AK airlines. Two things put this hotel on our reservation list (we arrived at SEATAC at 11pm and had to fly out at 8:30 and 11:30 to separate destinations) First they have a shuttle, and 2nd they have free breakfast. We stayed here between long connecting flights on AK airlines. Two things put this hotel on our reservation list (we arrived at SEATAC at 11pm and had to fly out at 8:30 and 11:30 to separate destinations) First they have a shuttle, and 2nd they have free breakfast. Room was clean and adequate. Pros: The attendant at breakfast was efficient and she restocked quickly and cleaned everything very nicely as breakfast area became busier. She did an excellent job. Cons: The breakfast selections was all very cheap carbohydrates -- tiny bagels, tasteless muffins, standard waffles, cheap cereals, some sugary yogurts. But they had fresh apples and oranges. Not much in the way of protein. SHuttle: The hotel asks you to reserve a time on the shuttle and limits passengers to the number of seats, asks you to arrive for shuttle 10 minutes before your reservation and runs every half hour. We thought this was great as it seemed efficient and on time. Our family member who left on the 6am shuttle had no problem That driver (who also worked the night before taking us to the hotel, happened to mention that he would be off duty at 7am. The rest of us resevered the 9am shuttle on July 28. It showed up at about 8:59. While several passengers for that shuttle waited right next to him, he opened the doors and got off and as he went into the reception area I asked if we could board the shuttle and he said no and closed the doors behind him. That was fine. I assumed he was going into the office to check on the number of reserved passengers he would be taking, but when he came out, he said nothing, then he got on the shuttle, did a UTurn and LEFT THE HOTEL with an empty shuttle! He never said a word, never asked if we were heading to the airport, nothing. I went inside to ask what was going on and the reception agent called him and without explanations as to what had happened, he came back around 9:20 with some other passengers (from a shared hotel?) on board. He then made some remarks that were not very intelligible but sounded defensive. Fortunately we and the other reserved passengers got to the airport early enough, but if I had not gone to the desk we might have missed shuttles completely as they are typically full of passengers with reservations. SO, I won't be using that hotel for stays at Seatac again.
