“Good experience”
Baggage crew were lovely. Hotel was a little crowded for a convention but conveniently located closer to downtown area so walking was possible. Front desk was okay. Friendly enough.

“Wonderful hotel option for convention attendees”
This is likely my favorite downtown hotel; I have stayed here several times. I was glad to be on the quiet floor in a larger room. The bathroom with a separate tub was wonderful.
