“This is a superior hotel with the best staff”
Of the hundreds of hotels that I have lodged in over the past 40 years, the Grand Hyatt Seattle was the best hotel at which I have stayed. The decor, the condition of the facilities, and the professionalism of the staff was top notch. I highly recommend this property.

“Declining standards and service”
This was once my favorite hotel in Seattle, a sure bet for great service and accommodations. Sadly, the past couple of stays have revealed decline. The Grand Club, formerly open for evening service, is now just open for breakfast. The rooms used to come with robes and slippers. No more. A co… more
