““ Lids” at the front desk”
Wonderful customer service. I accidentally booked the wrong reservation and ended up at the wrong hotel. The front desk young lady her name was “Lids “ she was wonderful. She helped us and made it happen. She took great care of us.

Lids was outstanding helping us resolve a hotel.com issue which will result in a $900 refund. That is customer service to the highest level.

“Amazing stay”
The staff was absolutely amazing. Lids was so sweet and handled all the small issues we had. Zac, Ramone G, Abeland Ezki were all So amazing and thoughtful. Would highly recommend the hotel.

“Nice Hotel in Good Location.”
We stayed at the hotel for three nights as part of the tail end of our vacation. The hotel is in a great location. Mile walk to Pike Street and a mile walk to the Space Needle. The room was very clean and was equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The shower was adequate. Like … more
