“Ottimo albergo in centro a Seattle”
Excellent hotel in downtown Seattle. Excellent room. Friendly and courteous staff. Easy walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Located in a quiet and safe area.

Checked In and had an issue with my room. Within five minutes I was in a new room. Great help and customer service from staff members Dru and Natalie. Thanks guys.

“Solid hotel with good location, but not the high quality W experience I expected”
It was a reasonable stay with very friendly staff, however it was not as high end as I was expecting. The rooms were basic, with no included slippers or bathrobes, and it was somewhat difficult to get breakfast in the morning.
