My review is so high because of the people we encountered at this hotel. We had a group of 17 people (and a dog!) staying in 5 rooms, and the customer service was outstanding. “Great Spokane stay for all”

Beautiful Hotel. Breakfast was very good. Excellent location to walk to everything downtown town. Parking can be limited for large vehicles. Just West of the hotel are two parking lots $9.00 for all day parking. Can be noisy at night from external noise but not unexpected from being in the downtown… more
