“Clean Room”
Staff was nice. Room was clean. Lobby and common areas were clean. Overall I had a great stay and will recommend to others.

“Dirty gross rooms”
The staff was fine. Yes we checked in at 10 pm after being in an airport or a plane for 11 hours I just wanted a clean bed to sleep in. “Prompt, friendly staff & super comfy beds”
I pre booked our stay online for easier check in. There were some issues checking in- a bit slow, there was a new trainee so no big deal, the staff was very friendly.
