This hotel was excellent in every way. I booked it as it was within walking distance of an event I was attending in West Des Moines. Everyone on the staff that I came in contact with from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the breakfast & kickback attendants were very pleasant. The evening Kickback exceeded my expectations; there was something available for every taste and the on-site convenience saved me both time and money. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. This stay convinced me to book with Drury Hotels whenever I get the opportunity in the future.

“Last minute reservation as we were on the road”

We were on the road mad a last minute reservation. The room we booked was not really available. The website was incorrect. They upgraded us to a better room

When I travel I look for Drury hotels because they are consistent in quality. We stay here at least annually . The staff are always very helpful and friendly. When I travel I look for Drury hotels because they are consistent in quality. We stay here at least annually . The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Usually the price for rooms are reasonable but this time because we booked late and they had few rooms left we paid a premium for the room ( my fault ) - 200.00 is a lot for me but that's the way it works sometimes. They gave us a huge room with a conference room attached . Not many times does a room include a table with 12 chairs . The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast is fairly normal for hotels but served up on real plates and such . Their biscuits and gravy is actually pretty good for hotel fare . The dinner has been thr same for the last 3 drurys I stayed at BBque pork which gets old . Pretty sure some of a religious persuasion would not be happy . The clientele has changed at least this location. Seems more like a greyhound bus station . Rude, inconsiderate and poor hygiene imo . Highly unusual for Drury . They 3 drinks they offer each guest is plenty and generous . The area the hotel is in is a very nice looking and inviting area . It's easy access from the interstate as well . My biggest problem with this hotel and others is those damn low toilets . The older I get the tougher they are to use . They give military discounts as well

Our family loves drury inns and have been to this one several times. It seems to have gone downhill since the last time we were here. First of all only one of the elevators worked and that one sounded like it was on its last leg. For the evening and breakfast food times there was no where to sit..… more

Our family loves drury inns and have been to this one several times. It seems to have gone downhill since the last time we were here. First of all only one of the elevators worked and that one sounded like it was on its last leg. For the evening and breakfast food times there was no where to sit.. it was completely full each time we tried and had no where to sit. The shower pressure was terrible, carpet in the hallways didn’t look cleaned and the beds were not comfortable and seemed dirty. Housekeeping was knocking at our door before 9am to clean which seemed really early. Hopefully it will be better if we come back.
