“Wonderful stay!”
This hotel was amazing! We stayed the weeks for a concert. The staff were highly trained, pleasant, kind and overall just amazing. They went above and beyond. “Do not assume Rom will have Microwave.”
I booked a regular king, which is what I got when I checked in. I went to heat up something in microwave, well not in this room. I thought microwaves were standard in hotel rooms! Also, Ent to make coffee in room early the next morning and all they had stocked it with was decaf packs. So I wo… more
