“Below Average Hyatt Hotel near the airport”
I am a loyal Hyatt repeat customer. For this hotel, I loved the free airport shuttle and the proximity to local delivery restaurants. My room was large, comfortable, and the TV worked great. The problem I had was the bed. It was bad and needs to be replaced ASAP. Fortunately, I was by myself … more

“Need a refresh”
This is one of the most worn out and dated Hyatt places I’ve stayed at. Bathroom is tiny - what you would expect in an NYC hotel.
