“10/10, would highly recommend”
We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary in the dells this past weekend and stayed at this hotel. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Excellent property - clean, well maintained - great breakfast - helpful and friendly staff I am an early riser (5:00 AM) and had 3 days of wonderful conversations with Natalie the overnight manager

“Great stay!”
Great stay! Very clean, comfy beds and friendly staff. 2nd time we’ve stayed here and always appreciate how great our stay is, especially compared to many other hotels in the Dells! Will plan on staying here again next time we are back in the Dells.

“First time staying at Tru in Dells. Very modern hotel. We were greeted by Juan at front desk. He was so friendly and helpful”
The room was nice but had a few things we did not like. No coffee pot in room. The King bed sheets kept coming off mattress and were not soft. The pillows were way too soft. Did not have a microwave in room. Not one of our favorite hotel stays.

“Great for the younger set”
I am not a fan of the TRU by Hilton Brand. They are very disorganized (I have stayed at more than one) and they don't really seem like the customer is important. The rooms are comfortable but the bright yellows and blues are distracting rather than soothing.
