I stayed at this hotel during the weekend of the University of Wisconsin graduation. The hotel went out of their way to decorate in a Badger theme, offered up water and drinks on the day of graduation and had free shuttles to the stadium. I was able to secure an early check-in and the staff helped me to find an EV charger for my rental car (it was next door). My stay was wonderful but made extra special after I left. I got about a half hour out of Madison when I realized I left my Oura ring in the shower. I called and Emilio picked up and he immediately had somebody check for it. He called right back and indicated they had found it and would arrange to have it shipped to me. The entire staff was great during the stay, but Emilio went above and beyond and as a Titanium member, I really appreciate his high level of customer service!

“Great customer service”

Taryn was very helpful during our stay and communicated very well. The staff was polite and generous and the rooms were comfy and clean, nice air flow in rooms and good room service. Parking was very easy and spacious also. I’d stay here again.

Overall, the hotel was good for a one-night stay. The room was a good size, and it was a nice surprise to have a couch and a table with an additional chair — it made the space feel more comfortable. Overall, the hotel was good for a one-night stay. The room was a good size, and it was a nice surprise to have a couch and a table with an additional chair — it made the space feel more comfortable. However, it would have been helpful if they had noted in advance that the property is currently under construction. For business travelers, the M Lounge was disappointing — the food quality was below expectations, and the fresh fruit selection was lacking (not a single banana was yellow).

Stayed here with family during Gameholecon, a big gaming convention held at nearby Alliant Energy Center. Stayed here with family during Gameholecon, a big gaming convention held at nearby Alliant Energy Center. As others have noted, the hotel is under construction and exterior painting was being performed throughout our stay with a crane blocking the main entrance and workers outside the window painting. Also, part of one of the parking lots is unavailable and, on a busy weekend (hotel was full) it was difficult to find a parking space late at night. The staff was professional. Our room was on the sixth floor and the signage for the ice machine pointed in the wrong direction. One problem the hotel is unlikely to overcome in this remodel is the flawed design of the bathroom area. A door separates the two room bath area from the rest of the room but the door should be placed between the lavatory/closet part of the bath area and the shower/toilet room of the bath area so that the shower/toilet area can remain private while the lavatory/closet are accessible to other guests.
