Whenever I stay at this hotel, which is about twice a month, it is usually for business, but I also take the time to entertain my grandsons. We always have a great time in the pool. The location is perfect because my daughter is only a few minutes away, and I can easily go to the grocery store or shop at the mall. There are so many places in the vicinity that I frequent, which saves me gas. The grocery store is less than 2 minutes away, across the street. This hotel is well-situated. I even know most of the staff by name, and they know me by voice (when I call) and by name. I adore them, and I do not want to stay anywhere else when I am in town. I might spell their names incorrectly, but Tiffany, Demonee, Sarah, Stephanie, Mia, Dan, Mr. Smellgood DeAngelo, and the kitchen, security, IT, and cleaning staff are all very responsive, courteous, and pleasant. I absolutely enjoy my stays. The rooms are always clean, and when I need something, the staff is there for me. They are very professional and patient. I have heard guests lose their minds and go off on the staff, especially the front desk, yet they maintain their professionalism. They have nerves of steel. Let's be clear: I, too, have had an incident, but professionalism was maintained. As guests, we are not always on our best behavior, and I appreciate the passes given to me. The demeanor of the staff is not just about the training; I am certain this is just who they are. So, let me say this: I am offended by the three-star rating. This hotel is at least a four- to five-star hotel. Here is the issue: the guests. I have been staying at this hotel for over two years when I am in Milwaukee for business or to visit my family. For the most part, my stay has been great. I have not been bothered by the staff. They have been nothing but helpful, kind, and courteous. The guests are a pain, as if they have never been to a nice hotel. But that does not stop me from staying at my favorite place because the staff is really working towards excellence. It is obvious, and I like to see their enthusiasm and desire to do well. I love their morning meetings because, as a businesswoman, I believe it is important to regroup, and they do that. They come together, and they start their day off on one accord. I have been watching a lot, and this hotel is a diamond in the rough. I am watching it grow and develop into a great place. Again, this is the only hotel I want to stay at, and by the way, it smells so good, too.

Had such a great experience from beginning until end! Beautiful clean hotel and accommodating staff. Tiffany at the front desk stood out, as she welcomed me with an authentic warmth. Would highly recommend !

Very clean lobby and our room was spacious and clean as well. Nice and quiet hotel good for traveling with kids as well. Front desk staff Dee and Tiffany were welcoming and very helpful. 10/10 would most definitely stay here in the future.
