“Great Location to enjoy Jackson Hole WY.”
This resort is a great location right at the base of one option for snow skiing. Restaurant is good and staff very friendly. As others have experienced, a male at the front desk is rude and not friendly. Others are excellent. A lot of construction noise now which they offered no compensa… more

Why disappointed? Hot tub wasn’t hot, in fact was quite cool one day. No free coffee in the lobby, like we’d experienced nearby (there is Kuerig in the room).
