Always a pleasant experience staying here. Have stayed 4-5 times over the last few years with family. Traveled with young child, under 6. Check-in is pleasant and friendly. Good, the staff very friendly. Beautiful resort. I like tennis, pickle ball, some activities such as kayak, cano, swan and the shuttle to city center, but you need to register with front desk
