Dear Banyan Group Marketing Team, I would like to share some constructive feedback following my recent stay at Angsana Ho Tram. My concern is not that I expected a complimentary room upgrade or additional perks. Rather, it is that the resort's marketing and promotional materials created a reasonable expectation of a highly personalised luxury experience that was not fully reflected during my stay. I want to be clear that the service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were warm, professional, attentive, and a genuine credit to the resort. My feedback is not directed at the team or their commitment to guest service. I would also like to make special mention of Duty Manager Lanh Nguyen, who went well above and beyond to address my concerns. Her professionalism, empathy, and genuine commitment to finding solutions exemplified the personalised service that Banyan Group's brand promises. She is a tremendous asset to Angsana Ho Tram and deserves recognition for her exceptional dedication to guest satisfaction. Instead, my concern relates to the expectations created by the resort's marketing and promotional materials. The marketing places significant emphasis on aspirational imagery, dramatic room views, and a highly personalised luxury experience. While these messages effectively communicate the brand's aspirations, they can also create expectations that are not always consistently reflected in the guest experience. The issue is therefore not the absence of any specific benefit or gesture, but the gap between the experience that is promoted and the one guests may ultimately encounter. Unfortunately, it is the frontline staff who are left to manage this expectation gap. They work tirelessly to deliver an exceptional experience, yet they are often required to bridge the difference between the brand's aspirational positioning and what guests actually encounter. Given the outstanding professionalism and dedication demonstrated by the team at Angsana Ho Tram, this feels particularly unfair to them. My experience at Angsana Ho Tram has raised a broader question about whether Banyan Group's marketing consistently aligns with the guest experience its brands deliver. Addressing this gap would strengthen guest trust and satisfaction while also better supporting the dedicated teams responsible for delivering on the brand promise. I remain a supporter of the Banyan Group and hope these observations assist in further strengthening the alignment between the brand's marketing and the exceptional service its people strive to deliver every day. “A Relaxing Family oriented resort”

Room is big, and so clean. Very suitable for family trip. Dinner buffet is very delicious.

*The exception to this rating is the Azura restaurant and Bar and specifically our great bartender Quoc, I give these guys 11/10 for their service and hospitality.* Beautiful resort, beautiful views and friendly staff the only thing that’s missing is activities after 6:30 pm, everything dies down and there is nothing to do. This resort has so much potential, my partner and I have had an amazing experience and an overall good encounter with the staff. Bar manager Quoc and his staff in the bar went over and beyond to make our experience a great one. I recommend this resort.
