We stayed for a wonderful six nights at the beautiful Chen Sea Resort as part of a nineteen night tour of Vietnam, north to south, arranged by Voyage Privé. We were expecting to be accommodated in a second row bungalow, but on arrival found we had been upgraded to a magnificent, detached private jacuzzi suite! The accommodation was truly stunning; extremely spacious, spotlessly clean with so much attention to detail. As well as the outdoor jacuzzi we had an indoor sunken bath (which I loved) two separate shower cubicles, one outdoor, ‘his and hers’ sinks, an outdoor, covered seating area, large decking with sunbeds and sunshade. We even had a walk in wardrobe with lots of storage space. But the attention to detail didn’t stop there. Each evening we had a room service where the curtains were closed, mosquito nets arranged round the bed and chocolates and folk lore tales left on the bed. The bed itself was huge and super-comfy, as were the pillows , and my husband and I both slept really well every night. Also we had delicious, daily fresh tropical fruit left in our room and fresh drinking water both of which were really appreciated. Another thoughtful touch were the umbrellas left beside our door, equally useful in the rain or to provide shade when walking in the hot sun. We have to praise every member of staff we came into contact with! We were always greeted with a warm smile and extreme courtesy, from the gardening team to housekeeping, security, lifeguards, restaurant and bar staff, maintenance, drivers and reception staff. The whole staff team present as dedicated, caring and professional and are a great asset to the resort. We loved the tranquility of the well-kept grounds, beautiful private beach and pristine swimming pool. So relaxing! The breakfasts were amazing, especially the delicious home-made yogurt and soaked chia seeds with fruit. We also chose to dine at the hotel every evening because of the quality and standard of the dishes served. The only ‘even better if…’ comment I would suggest would be the addition of hand rails by the steps into the swimming pool. The paving around the pool side gets very hot and I noticed a number of more elderly guests (not just us) struggling to balance from the hot poolside into the water without something to hold onto, but this would not stop me from recommending the resort 100%! “Not a stay but a therepy ❤️✨”

One of the best place to stay in phu quoc so relaxing just staying in the hotel itself is a therepy loved the environment loved the property our villa opened right infront of the beach, the over all cleanliness of the property the room the bathroom was so good. Definitely recommend.

A truly relaxing place to stay if visiting Phu Quoc Island! Our villa was stunning and had direct access to the beach where we could enjoy sunrise/sunset views every day. The pool area and private beach are beautiful, absolutely spotless and the heart of the hotel overlooking the ocean. Where better to swim than this! Team is helpful and accommodating. Resort is quiet and perfect for families and couples alike. Expensive dinners comparatively but food is good and there are plenty of options. Beachside activities include kayaking and volleyball, but this is truly a lovely place to just relax and enjoy doing as little as possible! Breakfast buffets were delicious. Nice touches with daily chocolate and folk story given by housekeeping in evenings. A very well run and efficient establishment. A special mention to Nha in the restaurant team, who was very friendly and looked after us well. A big thank you from Amy & Raj! Cam on!
