Okay hotel for a 4-star. To be considered a 5-star needs to be more service oriented and better management. Cannot blame the workers if management is wrong. Just to advise if your coming here with young children. We have a 6 and a 8 year old. We booked this hotel solely on the waterslides. The height minimum for the slides is 140cm. Which as someone who lives on the gold coast Australia and our parkes its around 120cm. So kids not happy they cant p… more
