Had a blast! Incredible service from top to bottom. The staff treated us like royalty! Amazing beach bbq of Friday night with lobster and tomahawk steak, just incredible. Got lucky with amazing weather and beach looked like the Maldives. White sand and clear water. Also, breakfast buffet was huge! Lots of options. Loved biking around resort and the Tabata fitness class was fun way to burn some calories. Also nice gym. Whole resort super fun with custom design. Beach front view from our room was just incredible!

The hotel is extremely luxurious, and all the staff are kind and enthusiastic. We sincerely thank the receptionists, the drivers, the staff who transported our family around the premises, and the buffet restaurant staff. I don’t remember the name of the restaurant, but our family usually had lunch and dinner at the buffet restaurant. A special thanks to the housekeeping department and the housekeeping team leader for keeping the room very clean and for being so kind and courteous. The architecture and overall design of the resort are truly exceptional. The university-inspired concept is unique and beautifully executed, and the property itself is visually stunning. Unfortunately, our overall experience was affected by significant service and communication challenges, which were surprising for a hotel of this category. Many staff members struggled with English communication, which made it difficult to resolve even simple requests. While staff apologised, issues were rarely addressed effectively. We also experienced a clear error on arrival. We travelled as a family, yet our room had “Happy Honeymoon” decorations, cake, flowers, and honeymoon messages throughout the room, which was clearly incorrect and awkward and team member Anne / Annie made up a story about how all guests receive this! In addition, we had paid for an extra bed from the first night, but it was not provided until the second day, which created unnecessary inconvenience. Accessibility was another concern. When we asked about wheelchair ramps, several staff members appeared unsure where they were located. For a luxury international resort, better awareness of accessibility facilities would be expected. We were also given incorrect information about the complimentary tickets to the Kiss of the Sea. Multiple staff members told us the show runs every day, however it is closed on Tuesdays, which caused confusion and disrupted our plans. We also had a disappointing interaction with a restaurant staff member named Truc, who appeared dismissive and unhelpful during our visit. So she should not be working in hospitality. That said, several staff members were excellent and deserve recognition: Chef Lokesh at breakfast provided outstanding service and prepared excellent food for us. He clearly understands hospitality and how to engage with guests. Thank you very much to him for making our stay special. Buggy driver Wynn was extremely helpful and friendly. Ms. Lana and Ms. Lucy were also exceptional and provided genuinely positive guest service. Overall, while the resort itself is beautiful, the service consistency, communication, and accessibility awareness need improvement to meet the standards expected of a luxury international brand. We hope the management team takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues so that future guests can fully enjoy what is otherwise a remarkable property.
