First class city hotel which is an ideal base for visiting Hue. Good location and very modern - we had a very spacious room on the 23rd floor which afforded great views of the city. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast with loads of variety. We also had a cocktail in the sky bar and a meal on the top floor. Staff were excellent - we really cannot fault the hotel at all and highly recommend

“Great place to relax”

We stayed here for 5 nights, and liked it a lot. Villas are great, having a private pool 24-7 is lovely, grounds and the beach are in great condition, service was great too. Breakfasts were good too. We stayed here for 5 nights, and liked it a lot. Villas are great, having a private pool 24-7 is lovely, grounds and the beach are in great condition, service was great too. Breakfasts were good too. Worth noting that we were here mid April, and they were not too busy. Logistics around the whole thingcan be a bit confusing, so make sure to read the map well. Overall happy with our stay, 8 out of 10. Couple of this for management to consider: We understand that 90% of your customers go for all inclusive package, but please add more choices to à la carte and room service menus, as they were quite limited. Clearly Spanish cuisine has much more to offer than paella, chorizos and tapas. Also please consider adding a breakfast box option for guests who have to go early and can’t make it to breakfast at 6.30 - we asked for one but were told that it’s not available

We stayed at this hotel recently and had mixed feelings overall. On the positive side, the place itself is very nice — the hotel is visually beautiful, surrounded by lots of greenery, and has a really pleasant atmosphere. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to relax in a quiet environment. However, the location on the island is not ideal. It’s quite far from the main city, which makes getting around inconvenient if you want to explore. Unfortunately, cleanliness was also an issue. The hotel didn’t feel well-maintained — for example, we even found empty cans left by previous guests near the pool. The sun loungers were also dirty, which took away from the experience. Another downside is the policy around food and drinks. If you don’t have the all-inclusive package, you basically can’t buy anything at the pool or on the beach. In our opinion, this is unfair. For a family of four (2+2), you’re forced to pay around $250 per day for all-inclusive just to be able to enjoy a few drinks, because there’s no other option. Overall, while the hotel looks great and has potential, there are some important areas that need improvement — especially cleanliness and flexibility
