I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would happily come back again.The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a really relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. Stuff is very friendly and providing amazing customer service. A special shoutout to the Beach House team, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Hang is amazing and together with Thai, and Puy went above and beyond to make everything perfect! Their service and hospitality really made a difference. I’d also like to mention Kim Chi from Madcow restaurant, she is amazing—so attentive and kind, making my visit there even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and consistently great quality. Every meal felt fresh and enjoyable, and there was something for everyone to choose from. One of the best parts of the stay was the beach—beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The views were absolutely stunning, especially during sunset, making the whole experience even more memorable. Overall, a great place to stay with amazing food, a gorgeous beach, and incredible views. Highly recommended!

I’d done my research before booking and had high expectations. This resort exceeded those high expectations. This place is gorgeous! Only about four years old, it’s modern, stylish, trendy and elegant. Just a beautiful resort all around. All of the staff we encountered from check-in, to concierge, to servers at the restaurant and bar were exceptional and eager to help with any desire or request, Getting there from the airport was easy. Hopped on the complementary shuttle bus over to the hotel which was about a 10 minute drive. Pulling up to the hotel, at first glance from the front, It wasn’t all that impressive. But that changed as soon as we walked in the front door to the lobby. The resort is pretty large. Our room was in the main building. There’s a whole series of other private villas, as well as buildings with the rooms without a view, stretching from the main building all the way down to the private beach about 400 meters walk. If you’re lazy, they have a little cart that will pick you up on request and drive you around if you can’t walk a few minutes. The pool was one of the largest pools I’ve ever seen at a resort. Complete with a little swim-up bar. There’s also a smaller pool down near the beach at the beach club and bar. The beach was just as beautiful. Plenty of chairs with drink service, even archery and cornhole boards set up. If you’re a smoker, then this is your place. You can smoke at the pool or anywhere outdoors on the resort without being told you’ve got to go far from the door over to some designated smoking area or leave the property completely. Our room on the fourth floor had a balcony with full unobstructed view of the west facing beach and sunsets were amazing. Room was exceptionally clean and modern and stylishly designed. Even when you stay at nice resort, a lot of the times the rooms are real nice but can be somewhat generic. This one had character in the design. Full walk-in shower, as well as a large soaking whirlpool type tub. We dined at the ‘Sea Stars Vietnamese Seafood Grill’ that was superb as well. You get to watch the chef cook on the grill in an open kitchen type setting accompanied by a DJ playing electronic beats. Prices were expensive by Vietnamese standards, but coming from the USA it was dirt cheap for a nice resort hotel Only about $40usd for two entrées, appetizers and three rounds of beers. While there’s nothing immediately surrounding the hotel, there is a large night market, restaurants and a shopping mall approximately 2.5 km walk. If you don’t feel like making the walk, you can easily get a cheap Grab ride. There is also ATM cash machine and currency down there, but not one provided at the hotel itself. They also have a daily shuttle down to Sunset Town about 15-20 minutes down the road, but you have to request space ahead of time and it only runs once a day. One trip down there and then a return trip later in the evening. A Grab ride was less than $8usd. I can’t find a single thing that I was dissatisfied with. Probably in my top four personal favorite resorts or hotels I’ve ever stayed in on vacation? We didn’t want leave when it came time to check out! That week went by way too fast!
