My husband, 4 year old son and myself had an absolutely wonderful time at The Regent! The resort is in absolutely pristine condition - from the resort facilities to the gardens, to the 2 bedroom Sky Terrace Villa - oh and the spa!!! The food offerings are amazing at all of the restaurants, the kid's club is absolutely phenomenal and HUGE - with so much for all ages to do and with wonderful and attentive staff. There are wonderful lounging options by the pool and the beach - none of the beds are ones you would be unhappy with! And the big shallow family pool area is the best for littles - or adults just lounging and chatting. The bed sheets and the beds are divine - the sheets absolutely beautiful to sleep in and the beds are soft, but not too soft - and you don't feel any movement when your partner gets in and out of the bed. Leading to an all around wonderful sleep. The service is excellent - all the staff are lovely and very helpful. The management are fantastic and hands on - we met several of the different department managers and came to know them by name and have a little chat regularly when we saw them - extra credit especially to the food and beverage manager for the resort, Dora, who took extra good care of us. It was an amazing time all around. I would note for families with small children - be aware that many of the 2 or 3 bedroom villas are not appropriate - with the access between the bedrooms for night time checks (or children coming to find you in the night) can be be past a pool or up and then down 2 external staircases - for example the 2 bedroom Terrace Pool Villa which is what we booked. Fortunately they contacted us prior to our arrival flagging this issue, and offering to change us to a 2 bedroom Sky Pool Villa where there was safe, single level, direct access between bedrooms. The other layout would be amazing with teenage children, or couples travelling together! (you can see floor plans for each room type if you go into the room types directly on their website) All in all, we HIGHLY recommend The Regent!

Regent is not just a resort to me, but a very special place that keeps drawing me back to Phu Quoc. It holds precious memories of both my honeymoon and pregnancy trip, which makes it even more meaningful. From the room condition, amenities, breakfast, to the warm hospitality of all the staff, everything has been truly exceptional. This time, I stayed entirely within the resort without any outside plans and spent most of my time at the Ocean Club for lunch, dinner, and drinks. During every visit, Jessie took such thoughtful and attentive care of us, which made every small moment feel even more special. Thanks to her, this trip will remain a truly unforgettable memory. I sincerely appreciate it.

My husband and I spent a wonderful two-day stay in Phu Quoc, Vietnam at this Regent hotel, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful and extremely peaceful, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. All the staff here are warm, polite and incredibly friendly. We would especially like to thank Angela from the breakfast restaurant. She provided the most thoughtful and attentive service throughout our stay. Since my husband and I cannot speak English, communication was a big concern for us at first, but Angela speaks fluent Chinese, which brought us great convenience. She patiently introduced various local food to us and kindly took us to try traditional Vietnamese rice noodles and authentic Vietnamese coffee for breakfast. Even without us asking for anything, she always took good care of us considerately. Worried about the language barrier, she checked on us many times to ask if we needed any help. She also gave us delicious desserts and lovely small gifts, which made us feel so warm and happy. When we checked out, Angela was already waiting for us in advance. She helped us arrange luggage porters and sent us to our car personally. Her sincere hospitality truly made us feel at home. What’s more surprising is that even though the weather was cloudy during our trip, we were still lucky enough to witness a stunning sunset right at the hotel. It made our short vacation perfect and unforgettable. The high-quality service of Regent has left us a deep and wonderful impression. This cozy and fulfilling stay has filled our journey with happiness. We absolutely love this hotel and highly recommend it to everyone!
