Annie and Ivy so nice. They Assistent us to book the car and explizit the places of interest. The hotel was located in the center and the view of the room was attractive

Amazing hotel within a short distance of magical Tam Coc centre, excellent room and facilities. Mr Long was really helpful as we made a mistake in the reservation which he managed to resolve for us and accommodate us. We had last minute at Hidden Charm. We were introduced and stayed 6 days 5 nights. The room was clean. We had great experiences about the staff.
