“Late morning arrival”
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. We arrived in the late morning due to the arriving in Hué with the nighttrain but that was no problem, we were allowed to have breakfast and check into a room while waiting for ours to get ready.

“Hue holiday”
The best location and super helpful staff. The facilities were excellent, spotless and practical. In house services, such as the washing was also good and the food was amazing! X

Stayed here for 2 nights. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious but totally lacking in character but the bed was comfortable. Reasonable breakfast selection. The problem for us was that nothing in the hotel gave any hint that we were in Vietnam. Not necessarily the best location either. Probabl… more

The staff here are friendly and helpful a young lady Sam is so sweet, can't do enough for you which increased the experience. The rooms are reasonable for the price, bed comfy but nothing more
