“Exceptional customer service”
The breakfast 10 star, good service and very healthy food. The cookie and her staff the best The room is very clean, comfortable and the bed very soft. Good hot water Reception staff are the best in Hue. I recommend this hotel.

“Overall experience good.”
Our stay has been brilliant.Excellent customer service. Polite and courteous. Knowledge, speak English clearly. Good air conditioning. Shower has plenty of functions overall and hot. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice.
