“Perfect”
Arrived late via 7 hour train from Hue. Fast welcome after a 4 minute walk from train station. The room is perfect and 3 stars is correct. Not a 2 and not a 4 but a solid 3. Clean, neat. “The place you should stay”
Walked in the door to a Highlands Cafe the atmosphere was pleasant. The reception is really helpful and speak English. Check in was simple. The rooms are clean, well appointed and everything works. There's HBO on two channels. The in house spa is excellent. Location is great with everything nearby.… more

A great hotel with comfortable rooms, modern amenities, and friendly staff. Convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of local and international dishes. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

“An enjoyable stay”
All Staff were very welcoming and very friendly. The rooms were well appointed, but the bed very, very firm. Food in the restaurant for dinner was very nice and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was adequate. We found the hotel to be a fair distance from local eateries and shops .

A basic, cheap and cheerful hotel. The furnishings are worn and stained and it is probably overpriced as it is very close to a number of hospitals.
