An Unforgettable Experience and Exceptional Service! As an IHG Diamond Elite member, my stay at the InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort was absolutely fantastic. We initially arrived completely exhausted due to a 6-hour flight delay, but the outstanding service from the hotel team immediately washed away all our fatigue. The breakfast experience at the Club Lounge was a major highlight of our trip. The food quality, the wide selection of dishes, and the relaxing atmosphere were all top-notch. What truly made our stay special, however, was the warmth and dedication of the staff. They even surprised us with a complimentary Club Lounge breakfast on our final day, which perfectly concluded our journey. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible Club Team: Thi, Alex, Tam, Tho, Ngan, Khang, Thanh, and the entire Club kitchen team. Your attentive service made us feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Phu Quoc, and what impressed us most was the genuine attention to detail from the entire team. As Muslim travelers, we were pleasantly surprised to find prayer mats already placed in our room without us even having to ask—a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel also took halal dining seriously, offering halal beef and chicken and ensuring every in-room dining order was prepared accordingly. They even went out of their way to make our kids chicken nuggets that weren’t on the menu. A special thank you to Pastry Chef Krishna Bagawan, whose pastries were absolutely delicious. He was incredibly attentive and took the time to explain that the pastries he prepared were made without gluten, making them halal. His hospitality made every breakfast even more enjoyable. Every member of staff we met was warm and friendly. The ladies at the coffee shop remembered our evening coffee orders after just a few visits, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond with personalized daily notes and thoughtful responses to any requests we left for them. Combined with the fantastic facilities—the family pool, kids club, bikes, games room, beautiful beach, and excellent breakfast—this was easily one of the most family-friendly and welcoming resorts we’ve stayed at. We would happily return.

We have 4 nights stay at Intercontinental and here is my review after our stay. I highly appreciate the housekeeping team, who have always responded to our requests promptly and efficiently. Regarding F&B, we had all of our breakfasts at Sea Shack and were very satisfied with the service, especially Kitty. She was extremely friendly, attentive, and truly demonstrated the qualities of someone who is passionate about hospitality. Our baby also really loved her. We also had dinner at Lava, but unfortunately, the experience did not quite meet our expectations. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the staff were generally polite and professional. However, when we asked if we could sit at a table by the window, we were told that all of those tables had been reserved. We arrived at around 5:45 PM and only planned to stay until 6:30 PM, as that was our baby’s bedtime. I understand that without a prior reservation, it may not always be possible to get a preferred table. However, I felt that the restaurant could have shown a little more flexibility, which I believe is an important quality in the hospitality industry. When we left at around 6:30 PM, there were still two tables by the window available. Overall, the hotel service was acceptable, but unfortunately, it did not reach a level that I would describe as truly impressive. I sincerely hope the hotel will continue to improve and create more meaningful and memorable experiences for its guests.
