It’s great value for money, it’s close to anywhere you need to go in hai phong. There’s always food about. Staff was friendly and helpful. What more can you ask for. “A cold hotel”
It is unfair that I visited during a really cold spell but the staff were wrapped in anoraks yet kept front and back doors open. The room offered air conditioning but when turned to 30 degrees it just blew cold air. The television was too low on the wall to watch from bed and way too complicated. E… more
