I stayed at this hotel for three days and overall had a great experience. The location is perfect—right in the center of the city, which made it easy to explore local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The room was absolutely fantastic—spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite the central location. One area that could use improvement is the breakfast buffet. While the spread was decent, I found that the vegetarian options were quite limited. As someone who prefers vegetarian meals, I was hoping for more variety—perhaps some additional hot dishes or regional vegetarian items. This was a bit disappointing, especially for a hotel of this standard. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and housekeeping did a great job every day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. Just keep in mind the limited vegetarian breakfast if that’s important to you. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic choice and I would stay here again.

This is the good hotel in Ha Noi, I have been stayed in here 2 nites, the hotel's staff so nice, all the hotel's facilities are modern, strong wifi . I will introduce this hotel to my family and my friend.

We stayed there three times, each time for just one night, whilst on a birding and sight-seeing trip. We had a different room each time, one of the smaller ones (there are larger rooms with two beds). The rooms are reasonably well provisioned and clean, but on the first stay there was a problem with the top shower head (water came out sideways, into the towel rack) and the TV randomly rebooted and came on by itself. I raised my concerns and the subsequent two nights in different rooms did not have these problems. In contrast to other places we stayed, the TV did have a clear picture, and there were just a couple of English channels (many other hotels had analog tv and very fuzzy pictures). The air conditioning worked, and there was also a fan (which we didn't use). The bed was comfortable. The rooms we had were dark with no view, which suited us for an overnight stay where we just wanted to sleep, but if you want a view you will need a different room. WiFi worked fine (though the sign in the restaurant on the 6th floor had a missing letter on the password!). The breakfasts were good with a selection of both Vietnamese and western food. I ordered once from the in-room menu and was very disappointed with what I got. We did go out looking for nearby eating places, but there aren't many nearby. It's a bit of a walk to the Old Quarter, and that is where you will find the restaurants. There is a Burger place nearby, but we'd recommend Vi Ha Noi (but make a booking). We left our luggage at the hotel for a day whilst we did the Ha Long cruise (it is a bit of a drive from Hanoi to Ha Long bay) and it was safely looked after - no concerns.
