“Great location”
We stayed with Hanoi Elpis Grand Hotel in September 2022. The rooms very clean, and the staff courteous. “Nice”
We ordered a room with two single beds, and got offered a room with a double bed instead, that was Nice. The people there did everything to make us as comfortable as possible. The shower was fine, the bed soft and pillows good. We could hear when the cleaning ladys were on work, og when people walk… more

“Great location and nice service ”
I stayed here only 1 night in Junior Suite with balcony is very big space. Everything is perfect along with the staff is very helpful. Easy to access Old Quarter and can take a relax, food, drink at there. Recommend :)
