“nice staycation”
The staff are all great and can speak English. They went out of their way to see that we had an enjoyable stay. “Near train street”
The staff is fluent in english, very welcoming and help you in any situation. The hotel is located near train street and there are many options to grab something on the street around it. Would totally recommend it.

“A quiet place to crash in bustling Hanoi”
The Hanoi Canary Hotel in 19 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh is a small family hotel located in a quiet side street. Large, clean rooms at bargain prices. Very helpful; the staff are also able to organise transfers to and from the airport and provide some insights into local attractions.
