One thing I appreciated about this hotel was that everything just felt simple and stress-free. Didn’t have to worry about much during the stay. “Good job”
Spent a few nights here and the experience was pretty smooth overall. Room was clean, WiFi worked well, bed was comfortable enough, so no complaints from me. Charlotte at the front desk was friendly and made things feel less formal and more welcoming.

The Champton is in a great location in the old city with amazing staff. We stayed for 5 nights and explored Hanoi and surrounding areas.
