Fantastic and lovely staff working at the hotel! All of them are really helpful and kind. Hotel location is good, it’s in the Old Quarter, close to good places for eating, farmacy and small markets and stores. Good access to sightseeing by walking as well. The hotel isn't spacious, but neat, tidy, and comfortable. Located in a very strategic location in the centre of Hanoi where lots of tourists to visit.
